Through years of dedication, hands-on experience, and a willingness to take risks, Van has turned that vision into a growing family of businesses spanning agriculture, livestock, manufacturing, and beyond. His success has been built on hard work, perseverance, and a belief in the people around him. Today, Van continues to pursue new opportunities with the same determination and entrepreneurial spirit that inspired him to start his first business.

Brynli Vander Stelt

Born and raised in Idaho agriculture, Brynli Vander Stelt brings a lifelong connection to the industry and a passion for the people and businesses that drive it forward. Since 2021, Brynli has played an integral role in managing and supporting the companies within Agri-Vision Holdings. With a hands-on approach to leadership, she oversees daily operations, strengthens internal processes, and helps turn strategic plans into reality. Brynli thrives on seeing ideas come to life, working alongside leadership and employees to overcome challenges, improve operations, and support continued growth. Her agricultural roots, dedication, and belief in teamwork continue to shape her approach to leadership.
